WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR INSPECTION

One of our knowledgeable roofers will meet you at your home or business and complete a 

thorough assessment to determine the health of your roof. They will look for any signs of damage and document the findings. Our roofing specialists are very hands-on and will inspect all parts of your roof as well as additional structures to rule out damage. You are welcome to walk the roof with us or review the photos and information from the safety of the ground once the inspection is completed. 

If your roof is unsafe for any reason or is unable to withstand the weight of a roofer then a ladder inspection or drone inspection may be used.

Our roofing specialist will inspect for structural damage, degradation of materials, tiles, and/or shingles, as well as cracks, warps, missing shingles, and any other damage that may be present. Some inspections may need to go beyond the surface if deemed necessary and we will always inform you beforehand if that's the case.

If damage is not found then we will inform you about the condition of your roof and give you important information that will help you to plan for your future roof needs. Not to mention, gaining peace of mind!

If damage IS PRESENT, our roofing specialist will talk with you about your options and walk you through any additional steps on your way to getting a new roof, if you so choose. Remember...THIS IS HASSLE-FREE!
